How to blur a face in a video online free
Hide a face in a short clip before you post. Timed blur box in the browser, no account, nothing uploaded.

You filmed a friend, a customer, or yourself and need to post the clip without showing one face. Automatic face tracking in free apps often means upload, watermark, or account. A short manual box on a timeline in the browser avoids all three.
Blur a face in a video online free
- Upload the clip on the Video tab at BlurThis.
- Trim to the seconds you will share (max 90s export).
- At the first frame the face is visible, press Blur In and drag the box over the face.
- Scrub to the last frame you need covered and press Blur Out.
- Download and post the export, not the camera roll original.
If the person moves in the frame
Add a second blur segment: new Blur In / Blur Out pair when the face enters a different area. For a walking shot, a slightly oversized oval box reduces how often you must re-place. This is manual, not AI tracking, but it finishes in minutes on a thirty-second reel.
Oval vs rectangle on faces
Oval boxes match head shape and waste less blur on the background. Rectangle is fine for a tight talking-head crop. Increase strength if earrings or hair still read at full zoom.
